PLEASE NOTE:
Shift sign up is different this year. Rather than signing up for a specific task in advance, you will sign up for a 2-hour block of time and be assigned a task upon arrival to the Tommy Lawrence Arena.

OPEN WORK HOURS

Monday 2/2: Closed for ceiling, drapes & decorations. No general member hours.

Tuesday 2/3: 9am to 9pm

Wednesday 2/4: 9am to 9pm

Thursday 2/5: 9am to 5pm

Friday 2/6: 9am to 9pm

Saturday 2/7: 10am to 2pm (finishing touches)

Sunday 2/8: 8am to 2pm (cleanup) Mandatory 2 hours unless paid in advance.

In addition to clean up, all members are required to complete 4 hours of service during the week of the ball.

In lieu of 1 hour of required general volunteer time, a donation of $20 may be given so that our food coordinator can purchase snacks & beverages. Maximum of 2 hours (or $40).
This does not count towards your required 4 hours of ball week service.
